Art and Experience: A lineup of Iranian films will go on screen in the various sections of the 47th International Film Festival of India (IFFI), which will be held in Goa, from November 20 to 28.

Reza Mirkarimi’s “Daughter” has been selected for the international competition.

“A Dragon Arrives” by Mani Haqiqi, “Inversion” by Behnam Behzadi, “Bench Cinema” by Mohammad Rahmanian and “Malaria” by Parviz Shahbazi will be shown in other sections of the festival.

The lineup also includes “The Salesman” by Asghar Farhadi and “Lanturi” by Reza Dormishian.

The festival also will screen “Parting”, an Iran-Afghanistan coproduction by Navid Mahmudi.

This year’s festival also plans to pay tribute to the world-renowned Iranian director Abbas Kiarostami by screening a collection of his movies including “Ten”, “The Wind Will Carry Us”, “Shirin”, “Through The Olive Trees” and “Take Me Home”.
