Art and Experience: Iranian director Behnam Behzadi’s social drama “Inversion” is on screen at the 13th edition of the Dubai International Film Festival, running from December 7 to 14.

The movie starring Ali Mossafa and Sahar Dowlatshahi is a tale of three siblings, which masterfully features Tehran’s air pollution.

In addition, the festival plans to pay tribute to world-renowned Iranian director Abbas Kiarostami in a section titled “Kiarostami”.

“76 Minutes and 15 Seconds with Abbas Kiarostami” a montage film made by Kiarostami’s close friend Seifollah Samadian, will be screened in this section.

Kiarostami’s last film “Take Me Home” will also go on screen.

In this 2016 short film, the director takes his camera to the southern part of Italy and shows the audience a beautiful and playful video of alleys and stairs there.
