Art and ExperienceIranian short ‘Gray Umbrella’ directed by Mohmmad Poustindouz has been accepted into the screening programs of two film festivals in Italy and Colombia.

The Iranian short film will compete at the 11th Corti a Point Short Film Festival in Italy and the 18th International Cine a La Calle Short Film Festival in Colombia.

‘Gray Umbrella’ is the story of a man with a bad habit, until a man with an umbrella enters his life.

The script is based on a loose adaptation of a short story by Argentinean writer Fernando Sorrentino, called ‘There’s a Man in the Habit of Hitting me on the Head with an Umbrella’.

‘Gray Umbrella’ has recently won the Best Short Film award at the 40th edition of USA Film Festival.
